New heating and central air conditioning. Renovated common washrooms. Tenants do cleaning within their own offices; vacuum cleaner on premises. Common area cleaning semi-weekly by us.
Minimum lease period is one year. Satisfactory credit and security deposit equal to one month's rent required. Suite prices shown below and include everything, including basic WIFI / internet. HST is extra.
